- Ensure components are fit for assembly

Assembly
- Assemble components as per approved drawings
- Use calibrated tools & proper tightening torques
- Ensure cleanliness during assembly

Function Check
- Operate valve to check smooth movement
- Verify alignment and seating
- Ensure proper open/close function

Pressure Test
- Perform hydro/air pressure test as applicable
- Check for leakage & pressure holding
- Ensure test as per relevant standards

Final Inspection & Marking
- Inspect dimensions, appearance & function
- Verify nameplate, heat number & test details
- Mark product with relevant identification

Packing & Dispatch
- Apply rust preventive coating (if required)
- Pack as per customer requirement
- Ensure safe handling & timely dispatch
